At Hot Tackle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Hot Tackle account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
